Our forthcoming concert 'Of all the Birds - A Winter Chorus' promises a captivating afternoon of choral music inspired by the enchanting beauty and song of birds.
Directed by Carlos Zamora, this evocative programme will include music spanning 6 centuries, from the Renaissance period up to the 19th century. Featuring works from composers including Mendelssohn, Stanford, Ravel, Gibbons, Janequin, Vautor, Guastavino, Bartlet and others.
Free admission with a retiring collection in support of the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust.

Our last concert included movements from Jesu meine Freude by J S Bach, Bruckner's Ave Maria, Like as the Waves by Stef Conner, Justorum animae by Stanford and Christus factus est by Bruckner. There was also the first performance of Misa St Clements, a mass specially written by our music director, Carlos Zamora, to celebrate the 150th anniversary of St Clement's Church.
